  • Is the body line ok to use on dry skin?
    Mine By Marisha was made with dry skin in mind, our scrubs, polishes, and butters will moisturize your skin all day.
  • How do I get the best results using body butter?
    Apply to clean damp skin to lock in moisture for the best results
  • Are the body products hypoallergenic?
    All though all body products are made with quality plant based ingredients, the essential oil blends can cause reaction to sensitive skin. Please read ingredient lists located in the item description to ensure the product you want to order does not contain an ingredient that you have had a sensitivity or reaction to.
  • Why is my container leaking?
    Your butter should be stored at room temperature. If the butter warms up, the product will need space to spread. This causes your container to leak. The butter will reform once it gets back to a cooler temperature, but may look a little different. Don't worry, you can still use it the same as you normally would.
  • How do I schedule my pick up order?
    Orders can only be picked up during an event. An email will be sent out letting you know that your order is ready and you must respond within 7 days to schedule pick up or your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded less processing fee. There are no exceptions as we do not have a store front just yet.
  • Can I combine my butter with a fragrance?
    Body butters are a perfect addition to your fragrance routine. Did you know that applying a body butter before spraying on your fragrance will extend the lasting power of your scents? Also mixing our butters with your fragrance can create an amazing scent combination.
  • When will I get the item I customized?
    Please allow 2-4 weeks to complete customization and delivery.
  • Do you guarantee herbal benefits
    In short, NO, there are a wide range of benefits to all of the herbs used in my products. Please do your own research and consult a trusted physician for person specific advice as I am not a medical provider and DO NOT guarantee any results other than nourishing dry, flaky skin.
  • Can I return my products if I do like them?
    Unfortunately ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If in the event your product arrives damaged and unable to be used for its intended purpose, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will gladly replace or refund at our expense. **please be advise that the remedy is at our discretion and we will review each sale separately using our best judgement and optimal customer service in mine**
